As an attorney we deal with facts, when I write my petition each paragraph is a fact. When you hear someone saying “I heard that”, “I read something” or similar sentences you know is an opinion based on something that might also be an opinion. A fact stands by itself it is not this way or that way according to each person. If a man is dead, that is a fact.
